HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery timeline consists of two stages:

  1. Processing Time (24-48 hours):
    • Order confirmation, customisation, quality check, and packaging.
  1. Shipping Time:
    • Europe-wide: 6 business days.
    • Shipping Options:
    • We offer free standard shipping on orders over €30 / £30.
    • For orders under €30 / £30, a shipping fee of €10 / £10 applies.

      Warehouse Hours and Cut-off:
    • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.
    • The cut-off time for same-day processing is 12:00 (GMT), London time.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.Customers can track the status of their order by logging into their account or using the tracking link provided via email.

 

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes can only be made immediately after placing an order. Please contact our customer service at contact@miamyles.co.uk for assistance.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely shipping.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays. If the carrier has made multiple delivery attempts and the customer has not taken the necessary steps to retrieve the package, the customer may be held responsible, and no refund will be issued. If the loss of the package is clearly due to negligence on the part of the customer (e.g., repeated absence without rescheduling the delivery), no refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, and in case of any error, they will be held accountable, and no refunds will be issued.

 

NOTE

Please be aware that during peak seasons and holiday sales, delivery may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. Products purchased from our outlet or during a flash sale are non-returnable.
