How Does the Return Process Work?

Please notify us by emailing us at contact@miamyles.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return informations, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely shipping.

All items must be in their original condition and unworn. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery or swimwear, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This policy helps us ensure the satisfaction of all our customers.


Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

Please note that we are currently unable to offer free returns. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.


How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.


My Item Is Defective

How unfortunate! Sometimes products may get damaged during transit, or the wrong item may be delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


When and How Will I Receive My Refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving you package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Returned Package?

 If the customer loses the package but is offered a reshipment of the order, no refund will be issued. This applies especially in cases where the loss is due to the customer's negligence (e.g., repeated absence without rescheduling the delivery). In the event that a package is lost and the customer is offered a reshipment at no additional cost, this reshipment will replace the right to a refund.

The offer of reshipment is considered a reasonable and commercial solution provided by Mia+Myles at our expense. It may be offered in certain cases as an exceptional goodwill gesture. If the customer refuses this new shipment and requests a refund, the refund will be denied if it is proven that the delivery error was due to the customer's fault (such as an incorrect delivery address provided at the time of purchase or repeated absence during delivery attempts).

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Mia+Myles, contact@miamyles.co.uk) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
